Berks Arts partners with the City of Reading and Berks County to host free community concerts each summer at the City Park Bandshell.

Concert-goers are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and, of course, their dancing shoes to City Park to experience great music in a natural setting.

Any weather-related schedule changes are posted on Facebook and announced on local radio stations. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in City Park. Dogs must be on a leash.

Food Vendors are available on site.

Headline concert starts at 7:00 p.m.
Local pre-show performances at 6:00 p.m.

Friday, July 22: Timmy Brown Band
Back by popular demand! Country music singer, songwriter based in Nashville, will give an encore performance. Brown, a country music singer/songwriter originally from Massachusetts, is a four-time winner (2016-2019) of the New England Country Music Award for Local Male Artist of the Year, and, in 2019, for Country Act of the Year. His latest album, “Good Life,” was released in 2021, and folks can stream his new single, “Hey There Heartbreak,” released in May.
