It all begins with an idea. With Andrea Folino’s vision and design used to build Folino Estate, we’ll be renovating each of our 8 rooms, one at a time, with the utmost attention to detail to bring the look and decor you know and love.

 

Barbera Room

This room has a King bed and a business desk perfect for a laptop and working materials. We recommend this room for working professionals traveling through the area.

The Barbera Room is located in the back of the property on the 1st floor making it one of our more quiet rooms throughout the Inn. Since this is in the back part of the Inn, you will have to walk outside to access the common areas from your room, but your walk is minimal and is completely covered. You have access to all common areas at any time with your key.

Cabernet Room

The Cabernet Room features the perfect amount of space with a private bathroom located outside a private seating area. With a fireplace, claw foot tub, and private living arrangements, you simply are just left to relax and enjoy your stay.

This room is secluded on the third floor in the front of the Inn. The third floor stair case opens up into the sitting area of the room. The bedroom and bathroom are located on either side of the seating area.

This is one of our more popular rooms for guests celebrating anniversaries, taking a relaxing get-a-way, or for any guests looking for a little more privacy. Both the bathroom and the bedroom contain a fireplace and there aren’t many more things more relaxing than soaking in our full size claw-foot tub as you close your eyes and feel your body start to unwind while the fireplace provides the perfect lighting.

The Chardonnay Room features a nook with an abundance of natural light pouring in. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book while relaxing.

This room is one of our more popular rooms overlooking the hustle and bustle of the busy main street of Kutztown.

Chianti Room

The Chianti Room is one of the larger rooms we offer, complete with a balcony and king-sized bed.

This room is located in the back of the Inn so must be accessed through the back exterior door. It is separate from the guest kitchen and dining area, but those areas can be accessed by key at any time by guests staying in the Chianti Room.

Moscato Room

The Moscato Room is an ADA compliant room right off the lobby of the Inn. Featuring a queen-sized bed, roll-in shower, utility bars and much more. While offering a beautiful views of the courtyard, this room features a bed that is lower than the other rooms and requires no stairs to reach the location.
