It all begins with an idea. With Andrea Folino’s vision and design used to build Folino Estate, we’ll be renovating each of our 8 rooms, one at a time, with the utmost attention to detail to bring the look and decor you know and love.

 

Barbera Room

$150/night

This room has a Queen bed and a business desk perfect for a laptop and working materials. We recommend this room for working professionals traveling through the area.

The Barbera Room is located in the back of the property on the 1st floor making it one of our more quiet rooms throughout the Inn. Since this is in the back part of the Inn, you will have to walk outside to access the common areas from your room, but your walk is minimal and is completely covered. You have access to all common areas at any time with your key.

Cabernet Room

The Cabernet Room features the perfect amount of space with a private bathroom located outside a private seating area. With a fireplace, claw foot tub, and private living arrangements, you simply are just left to relax and enjoy your stay.

 

Chardonnay Room

The Chardonnay Room features a nook with an abundance of natural light pouring in. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. 

 

Chianti Room

The Chianti Room is one of the larger rooms we offer, complete with a balcony and king-sized bed.

 

Merlot Room

$130/night

The Merlot Room features a view of the Main Street in Kutztown and offers a claw foot tub and queen-sized bed. 

 

M0scato Room

$150/night

The Moscato Room is an ADA complaint room right off the lobby of the Inn. Featuring a queen-sized bed and roll-in shower, utility bars and much more.

 

Pinot Room

$160/night

The Pinot Room features a balcony and fireplace, along with a claw foot tub and king-sized bed.

 

Sangiovese Room

$160/night

The Sangiovese Room offers a balcony and view of beautiful sycamore trees. The fireplace is not only located in the bedroom, but an additional one is in the bathroom, as well.
